FREIGHT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
This item will ship direct form the manufacturer by Commercial Freight Line to a Business address only, for FREE. Item will be delivered curbside, the customer is responsible for carrying item into Place of Business. Businesses without a loading dock may be subject to a lift-gate fee. Lift gate is usually not needed on items under 100 lbs. Add $55.00 for lift gate if needed.
There is a $65.00 Residential fee for item delivered into Residential areas. Churches and Schools are usually considered residential. Residential location fees and Liftgate fees are due before item will be shipped.
This item can be picked up at a local freight dock to avoid lift-gate or Residential charges.
When your merchandise arrives, you must inspect the item AT TIME OF DELIVERY Before signing and accepting it. If there is Minor Damage you must notate the Damage on Driver's Paperwork before signing for it. Contact us and we will handle the freight claim and see to the repairs.
If there is Major Damage, Refuse the merchandise. Send it back with the Driver and note it on the Driver's Paperwork as (Returned because of Damage). Once we verify the item was not accepted and returned for damages, we will refund or deliver a new item in a timely manner free of charge.
(Note) if the driver refuses to wait while you inspect your item, Write this on drivers paperwork (Suspect damage, driver will not wait for me to inspect my item.) then sign paperwork.
IF you sign for the your item at time of delivery with out notation of damage or possible damage, you are stating the item is free and clear of damages, there's nothing we can do for you. The Freight Line will claim you damaged the item. So Please be certain to inspect the item AT TIME OF DELIVERY.
If your Item arrives Defective Please Contact us with in 72 hour. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Please open all items you receive from us with in the 72 hour time frame.
We do accept eligible items for returns within 14 days. We do not except return items that are not in original Packing are that have been used. Buyer is responsible for original shipping plus return shipping plus restocking fees.
Restocking fees can range from 20-50 % depending on the item being returned, so again, as stated above, please contact us if you have any questions about the details of the merchandise so that we can avoid any misunderstandings before shipment.
Excluding damaged returns; All other returns must be authorized by us. Never return an item without contacting us for authorization (RA #) Return authorization Number must be on Items that is being returned.
