Warranty:
ALFA stands behind every product we sell. All ALFA products are factory warranted against defects for a period of 3 to 24
months (depending on item/manufacture). Warranty dates on all products become effective 90 days after ALFA invoice date or
once the item has been sold from Dealer Stock within the 90 day Warranty Grace Period. All electrically powered products carry
a 3 to 24 months Bench Warranty (depending on item/manufacture). A Bench Warranty requires a product to be sent back to a
designated Warranty Assessment facility via prepaid freight. Warranty shipments without an ALFA Return Authorization #
(see RETURNS Section below) and/or sent Freight Collect will not be accepted under any circumstances & returned to
sender. All validated Warranty Claims are subject to shipping charge credit. Replacement products and/or credits should
not be extended to customers who have items that have not yet received Warranty Assessment Approval. Product
Warranties are voided in cases where the product has been found to be; abused, modified, damaged (accidentally or
intentionally), improperly installed, incorrectly maintained, misused, or operated in any manner considered contrary
to those outlined in normal product instructions and/or applications. ALFA reserves the right to repair or replace items
returned for Warranty Assessment at our discretion and will not be liable for any injuries or damages due to operator error,
carelessness or neglect.
Claims:
We are not perfect, so if we make a mistake and ship you the wrong item(s), let us know at your convenience so we can correct
our mistake without delay. If your shipment arrives damaged or missing items, we can assure you it didn’t leave our facility in
that condition. Please save the box & related packing material and contact the carrier immediately to initiate claim procedures
& inspection. Please do not use, alter or tamper with goods that may be damaged or defective. Doing so will hamper our ability
to successfully file a claim with the manufacture & honor warranties.
Product R eturns:
If you need to return a product within 60 days of purchase, please contact us ASAP for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # (RA#),
so we can promptly & properly track your Return Claim. We DO NOT issue Call Tags, nor accept C.O.D. shipments. Packages
returned without an ALFA issued RA# will be refused. All returned merchandise “MUST BE DEEMED SALEABLE AS NEW”
and in it’s original carton/packaging to qualify for full credit. Of course, if your return comes as a result of an ALFA error, we will
credit your account accordingly for associated shipping fees & quickly provide you with the correct item(s). Items processed
for return after 60 days from original invoice date are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once you have received your RA#,
ship your returns to us prepaid & insured. All RA#s are issued via Email or Fax & REQUIRE customer signature/confirmation.
We DO NOT provide Verbal RA#s.
